91 Place is a dedicated transitional housing program located on the near-east side of Indianapolis, serving youth aged 18-24 who are facing homelessness. Since its inception in December 2019, this initiative has grown from a pilot program housing just two youth to a robust support system aimed at disrupting generational poverty and chronic homelessness.
