The Seventh Circuit CASA Program, established in 1986, is the first CASA initiative in South Dakota. This program has dedicated itself to assigning volunteer advocates to cases of abused and neglected children, positively impacting over 1,300 children in the past 30 years.
Currently, more than 475 children are waiting for a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) Volunteer, underscoring the urgent need for advocacy services in the community.
