Our Story

5Cities Homeless Coalition strengthens the community by mobilizing resources and fostering hope for those experiencing homelessness. Through collaboration and leadership, the Coalition builds an engaged community that understands the complexities of homelessness.

Impact

In 2021, the Coalition assisted 554 households, impacting over 1,300 adults and children. With more than 6,500 calls for service, the Coalition has been a leader in addressing homelessness in Southern San Luis Obispo County for over a decade.
