Addressing Leadership Crisis in Africa

Our Story

4AFRICA began as a demonstration of stewardship and obedience to God. Founded by Michael Radler in 2004, the organization emerged from the Radler Foundation to support the people of East Africa. Initially focused on funding clean water, preventative health, and leadership programs, 4AFRICA has evolved significantly over the years.

From 2009 to 2018, the organization served communities in South Sudan and Uganda, prioritizing operational excellence while demonstrating the love of Jesus. This journey led to the realization that addressing the root causes of generational issues in Africa was essential. In 2018, 4AFRICA was established as a standalone 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, shifting its focus to developing a pipeline of future leaders.

Today, the leadership academy has expanded into a comprehensive 10-year program, recognized as one of the top A-Level education programs in East Africa. With over 500,000 people served through water and health initiatives, 4AFRICA is committed to fostering a thriving Africa.

Impact

4AFRICA has successfully served over 500,000 individuals through its water and health programs, while its leadership academy is shaping the next generation of leaders in Africa.
