Our Story

The 440K Project was founded to address the humanitarian crisis within the foster care system in the United States. By educating the public about the challenges faced by foster children, the organization aims to increase the number of foster homes and promote volunteerism for mentoring and advocacy. The ultimate goal is to reduce the number of children waiting for adoption from 111,000 to zero, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to grow into a happy, healthy adult.

Our Impact

Through dedicated efforts, The 440K Project is committed to transforming the lives of at-risk youth, helping them become functioning adults filled with promise.
