Founded in 2012 by Dr. Beverly Booker Ammah, Ms. Kashima Samuels, and a dedicated group of students at California State University Long Beach, 3GC Inc. addresses the critical lack of service learning opportunities for students of color. This nonprofit organization promotes cultural immersion and engagement in service learning across Africa, fostering meaningful connections between the Diaspora and African communities.
Since its inception, 3GC Inc. has successfully facilitated the travel of over 600 students and community members from the Diaspora to Africa. These experiences foster cross-cultural exchanges and intellectual interactions that enrich the lives of all participants.
