Adaptive Fitness Training

Our Story

On October 23, 2015, Hudson Haws experienced a life-altering spinal cord injury during a high school football game in Blanchard, Oklahoma. Following extensive rehabilitation at Craig Hospital in Denver, Hudson returned home in January 2016, determined to rebuild his life. His journey led to the establishment of The 34 Project, a private adaptive fitness and strength training center aimed at providing essential support for individuals with limited access to rehabilitation services.

Our Impact

The 34 Project is dedicated to maximizing the potential of individuals living with spinal cord injuries and neurological disorders through specialized exercise programs. By focusing on strategic exercises, the organization ensures optimal functional outcomes for its members.
