2nd Story Associates was established to address the urgent need for quality affordable housing and supportive services in Santa Barbara. By collaborating with community partners, the organization strives to create sustainable housing solutions that uplift low-income families, seniors, and individuals with disabilities.
In 2023, 2nd Story Associates made a significant difference by providing 14 households with gently used furniture, delivering 46 new beds to senior and disabled clients, and serving 150 clients monthly at the mobile food pantry. A total of 43,872 lbs. of food was distributed, along with 450 backpacks filled with school supplies for local youth.
