Our Story

2HEARTS was co-founded by Jamie Gulick and Heather Anderson, who bonded over their shared experiences with congenital heart disease (CHD). Recognizing the lack of resources for teens facing similar challenges, they dedicated themselves to providing essential support and education.

With a reach extending to over 80 clinics and camps nationwide and internationally, 2HEARTS equips teens with the tools they need to manage their health and transition into adulthood.
