The 221b Foundation (the 'Foundation') is a charitable and scientific organization established for the purposes of eradicating disease through research related to rapid diagnostic testing. The Foundation will also devote time and resources to supporting and promoting racial and gender diversity in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics ('STEM') industries.
