Our Story

Commonwealth Land Trust was founded 39 years ago to provide racially equitable housing and clinical services for Massachusetts’ most vulnerable residents. The organization has developed and managed over 400 units of affordable supportive housing, combining supportive services and property management to keep residents off the streets and save lives.

Impact

Over 90% of residents stay housed, even when they have been unsuccessful in other programs. 95% of residents remain in permanent housing and 92% are successfully managing their health care needs.
