100 Black Men of West Tennessee
EIN: 62-1527760 · Jackson, TN
Our Story
In 1992, a group of thirteen dedicated men came together in response to a call from Dr. Samuel K. James and Dr. Melvin Wright, Sr. to address the pressing needs of African American youth in West Tennessee. This meeting led to the establishment of the West Tennessee Chapter of 100 Black Men of America, Inc., which was chartered on November 23, 1992. The chapter was founded with a singular mission: to provide positive role models and mentors for African-American males, nurturing their growth and development.
Impact
