100 Black Men of Tampa Bay

Our Story

100 Black Men of Tampa Bay, Inc. was established to uplift communities by enhancing educational and economic opportunities for African Americans. Since its charter in 2002, this 501(c)(3) organization has served nine counties in Florida, including Citrus, Hernando, Hillsborough, and more. As part of a larger network of over ninety chapters of the 100 Black Men of America, the organization focuses on the core tenets of Mentoring, Education, Health & Wellness, and Economic Empowerment, collectively known as Mentoring Across a Lifetime.

Our Impact

Through dedicated efforts, 100 BMTB promotes economic empowerment and preventative health strategies, addressing the challenges faced by African Americans. The organization partners with various entities to provide education on prevalent diseases and improve community health.
