Yaaka Afrika

Our Story

Yaaka Afrika began as a missions trip to Uganda in 2008 and has since evolved into a dedicated 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The mission is to ignite hope in the hearts of African children through love and education. By fostering discipleship and educational opportunities, Yaaka Afrika aims to create self-sustaining individuals whose lives are transformed by the power of Christ.

Impact

Currently, Yaaka Afrika serves over 1,700 students across four campuses in Uganda. The organization is committed to providing quality education and vocational training, empowering the next generation to thrive. Schools built by Yaaka Afrika are recognized for their high exam scores, ensuring students graduate with vocational certificates.
