Our Story

Inspired by a mother’s love and a child’s journey toward independence, the Two Foundation was established in 2013. Founded by Shari Hunter, the organization is dedicated to supporting her son Derek, who was born with unique abilities. The Two Foundation provides the structure and funding for Two & Company, a vibrant community that includes a café, shops, and services designed to empower individuals of all abilities to find happiness and success in the workplace and beyond.
