True Shepherd Foundation

Our Story

Founded by Antony and Marietta Duclos in response to the devastating 2010 earthquake in Haiti, True Shepherd Foundation began its mission in San Diego before relocating to Haiti in 2016. As full-time missionaries, they established churches, medical clinics, and schools, while providing housing and support for local businesses. Following Antony's passing in 2022, the foundation continues to honor his legacy by empowering Haitians through education, healthcare, and agriculture.
