Founded in 2009 by Gabriel Giron and Kirk Latimer, Speak It Forward, Inc. is a pioneering force in spoken word edu-tainment. The organization began with local youth workshops aimed at empowering marginalized populations to find their voice and share their stories. Over the years, Speak It Forward has expanded its reach, providing inspirational and educational programming across the country, from high school auditoriums to Fortune 500 companies, and even in maximum security prisons.
