Our Story
Incorporated in 1997, Partnership Health Center has grown through federal funding, community support, and partnerships with local businesses, churches, and schools. Originally founded as the Lowndes County Partnership for Health, PHC has developed programs focused on cardiovascular disease and diabetes prevention. The establishment of the Anderson Medbank in 2003 has provided over $67 million in medication assistance to the community. In 2007, a medical clinic was launched, serving over 11,000 patients and facilitating more than 127,000 patient visits. A dental clinic opened in 2015, staffed by dedicated volunteers, and in 2022, the clinic provided over 18,700 patient visits.
