Our Story

Tri-City College Prep was founded on a promise made by Mary Ellen Halvorson to her grandfather, Paul W. Bear. With a $2000 investment, TCP was established in 1999 to provide quality education focused on college preparation. The school has expanded to include middle school grades, fostering a safe and positive learning environment for a diverse student body.

Impact

TCP has earned a reputation as one of Arizona's top schools, equipping students with essential skills and education for college and beyond. The integration of college courses allows students to earn university credits while still in high school.
